HNS Aluminium is a manufacturer of architectural glazing and fenestration products for residential and commercial applications. Founded in 2001 with a focus on supply and installation of aluminium systems, HNS expanded its team and manufacturing facilities to meet the increasing demands of both domestic and international customers.
Design, Manufacturing, Installation
We’re here to support you through every stage of your project. Each stage of your project is executed with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that all products meet to the specified criteria and the highest quality standards.
1 – Estimation
Upon receiving your enquiry, we will get in touch with you to discuss your project requirements and details, and advise on the most suitable system for your project. Once your project requirements are clarified, our team will provide you with a detailed estimate.
2 – Design
We design all the required items and create detailed 2D CAD drawings for each one. We usually incorporate your wall details into our CAD drawings. Upon request, we generate 3D models to visualise the designed products, or we fabricate a sample product for showcasing.
Then, we send you the final drawings for approval before manufacturing commences.
3 – Manufacturing
We order the necessary profiles, hardware and other materials for your project and schedule a manufacturing slot in our production plan. Using our advanced machinery, we transform the design into finished products.
Before being packed for delivery, all products undergo thorough testing and inspection in the factory to ensure quality, and functionality.
4 – Delivery
For domestic projects, all items will be packed simply and are transported to the project site for installation.
For international projects, all items are carefully packed on wood pallets to prevent any potential damage during the transportation to the destination country.
